Hellsing

Hello my Dear readers. Its been a long time hasnt it? So I decided to do something a bit different. As you know i am a HUGE anime and mange fan,( plus i love many tv shows and books.) so i decided to start making some reviews of shows.  So drum role please.....My first review is.........HELLSING!

Hellsing-Ultimate-41.jpg

Hellsing Is the anime following the Vampire Alucard and a former police officer Turned vampire, Seras Victoria.  Who work for the Hellsing Organization lead by Sir Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing.  A Fascinating show combining so many elements.  Hellsing is classified in the Action, Horror, Seinen , Supernatural and Vampire areas.

Hellsing originally a Manga. A Manga is a Japanese graphic novel/book, Read from right to left and up to down. Helsing was  created by Kouta Hirano. It started up in  1997, and lasted roughly till 2008.  Lasting up to ten volumes/ books.

Hellsing premiered about a year or two after the manga came out. Though due to the manga still being developed, the show didn't exactly follow the story line.  In Hellsing Seras victoria, a former police officer. Was turned into a vampire by Alucard. Alucard is loosely based off of dracula. From his name to his history. Alucard backwards is literally Dracula. As for his history, his master Integras father, was Abraham Hellsing.  Sound familiar? Well it should, in the Dracula stories, A vampire hunter named Abraham Hellsing took down the bloodthirsty count.  In the original hellsing it gives you a unsatisfying cliffhanger ending.

In the new version Hellsing Ultimate, You get the full manga storyline. The design is way better as well seeing as it was made more recently.  We get a better background for the characters as well. Tons of plot twists and new characters.

With the mix of horror and actions, Hellsing is a truly remarkable anime.  The characters stick with you in the way that, even though they aren’t real, you still feel bad for everything they are going through.  With memorable characters and an amazing storyline, this anime takes the cake!  This show should not be shown to anyone under the age of 15 due to strong holds of gore, profanity and sexual commentary.  This is suggested  this to mature audiences.

9/11

Lets take this moment to remember the tragic event that fell upon this nation 14 years ago. Thousand of lives lost at the Pentagon , The Twin Towers and On The 4 planes that were crashed. Lets honor those who have died. Either in the planes and buildings or the First responders , Police officers , fire fighter and all the other people who died trying to say lives.
All those people who died due to that terrorist attack. They deserve to be remembered. They deserved to be honored.  We will never forget this tragic day. We must always remember 9/11.  To honor those who died and thank those who saved lives.

Sleep

I know this inst going to be an interesting blog but its a helpful one.

I have trouble falling asleep at night and i bet you guys do too. so after doing some research and watch a clip on CNN student new. i learned some very interesting tips and fact about sleep and i decided to share them with  you guys.

First off did you know when you dont get enough sleep you actual start to eat more. doctors don't exactly know why this happens. they think that its is the area of your brain known as the satiation center. its the part off your brain that allows you to feel full. when you dont get enough sleep it isnt fully operational.

another cool fact people who tend to sleep more actual have a better chance with fighting off sickness. i am a perfect example. i sleep alot and i rarely get sick. i mean everyone in my house will get sick and i either wont at all or will get in 2 weeks after everyone is better.

my last little funfact is did you know that man kind is the only mammal that willingly  delays sleep!

tips:
some good tips for sleeping are what you normally hear.
stick to a regular sleep schedule.
create a bedtime route.
manage your stress
manage your naps.
include physical activities in your daily routine.
i know you here it over and over but they actual do help.

the big thing is to watch what you eat of drink before bed. dont consume any stimulating or caffeine filled food or drinks. also dont be on electronic s. i read somewhere that the lights on your screen actual keep you awake.

i heard in a clip on cnn student news that a cooler room is actual a little helpful when trying to sleep. usually 68 - 72 degrees.

if you cant sleep doctors say " get up get out of bed and do something for a little bit. you dont want to start making your bed associated with your mind as a place you can lie awake. your bed should be a place you're actually going to sleep."

thtas all i really have for this blog. i promise  will put something more interesting up soon. if you would like more information the 3 sites i used are below so check them out.
