9/11

Lets take this moment to remember the tragic event that fell upon this nation 14 years ago. Thousand of lives lost at the Pentagon , The Twin Towers and On The 4 planes that were crashed. Lets honor those who have died. Either in the planes and buildings or the First responders , Police officers , fire fighter and all the other people who died trying to say lives.
All those people who died due to that terrorist attack. They deserve to be remembered. They deserved to be honored.  We will never forget this tragic day. We must always remember 9/11.  To honor those who died and thank those who saved lives.

Sleep

I know this inst going to be an interesting blog but its a helpful one.

I have trouble falling asleep at night and i bet you guys do too. so after doing some research and watch a clip on CNN student new. i learned some very interesting tips and fact about sleep and i decided to share them with  you guys.

First off did you know when you dont get enough sleep you actual start to eat more. doctors don't exactly know why this happens. they think that its is the area of your brain known as the satiation center. its the part off your brain that allows you to feel full. when you dont get enough sleep it isnt fully operational.

another cool fact people who tend to sleep more actual have a better chance with fighting off sickness. i am a perfect example. i sleep alot and i rarely get sick. i mean everyone in my house will get sick and i either wont at all or will get in 2 weeks after everyone is better.

my last little funfact is did you know that man kind is the only mammal that willingly  delays sleep!

tips:
some good tips for sleeping are what you normally hear.
stick to a regular sleep schedule.
create a bedtime route.
manage your stress
manage your naps.
include physical activities in your daily routine.
i know you here it over and over but they actual do help.

the big thing is to watch what you eat of drink before bed. dont consume any stimulating or caffeine filled food or drinks. also dont be on electronic s. i read somewhere that the lights on your screen actual keep you awake.

i heard in a clip on cnn student news that a cooler room is actual a little helpful when trying to sleep. usually 68 - 72 degrees.

if you cant sleep doctors say " get up get out of bed and do something for a little bit. you dont want to start making your bed associated with your mind as a place you can lie awake. your bed should be a place you're actually going to sleep."

thtas all i really have for this blog. i promise  will put something more interesting up soon. if you would like more information the 3 sites i used are below so check them out.
